"As we moved into day two of training we did a lot more hands on work with tasks tickets and situational customer concerns. It was very challenging and fun to be challenged via our critical thinking and current Aspiration knowledge base to make the correct decisions. I hope we can do more hands on learning, out loud 'pop corn' style Q&A on recently reviewed concepts and individual process/ticket practice tomorrow. The direct feedback from our teachers when doing individual process/ticket practice (Such as practicing Rebates for Expedited Debit purchases) helped a lot and I hope we do more of this tomorrow. As per yesterday the environment of the classroom was open, inviting and made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and pursue more information on a topic I was uneasy about. As there are only 2 guides for our training class of 8 they do a very good job handling the onslaught of questions and giving appropriate time to all agents with concerns."

Because this is a completely new field for me I felt kind of overwhelmed at times (which had nothing to do with the training/material and everything to do with my knowledge base in this field). But after taking a step back and re-reading my notes and applying myself, it turned out to be much more doable than I originally believed. I really appreciate Misha and Anna, for their charisma, their chemistry as leaders, and their fundamental knowledge in our training. I feel empowered and secure in solving tickets and reaching out to them should I run into any road blocks whose solutions aren't apparent in any of the vast resources provided to me!"
